HOW DO SEEDS TRAVEL?

Seeds have no feet and no wings! But they can travel!!!  Do you know how?? They travel because animals, water, wind or people transport them. This is how: 

 

SEEDS GERMINATION

We learnt a new word GERMINATION! Germination is the process of a seed growing into a plant and we did this fun experiment to study the germination of 5 different seeds. Isn't it great???

PLANTS

This is what we know about plants!
This year we are reviewing the different parts and functions of the plants and also learnt the difference between three types of plants:
TREES, BUSHES and GRASSES

We also went to the playground to see the tres and bushes that we found and check how the trunk and branches were and how many stems they had. We also checked if the stems were hard or soft, thick or thin and flexible or rigid.
